About a year ago now, I said goodbye to my best friend.

Roxie.

She was the best cat I’ve ever had. ❤ We found each other when I was 11 when my friend, Kendra, found her in a trailer park. She was the most loyal and true friend I’ve ever had and probably ever will.

I took this video the day we put her to sleep and said goodbye. I know she’s still with me, even now. I feel her presence all the time. It’s precious to me and I’ll always remember her.

I miss her so much. 😔 She was such a loyal companion.

I moved to Reno, Nevada, several years ago for a few months and she came with me. 8 hour drive, guys. She was such a trooper! We drove there and back together, not to mention how many times she moved with me.

I called her lots of nicknames. Roxorze, Sweetiebum, Chubby Cheeks, Rox, you get the picture. She responded to all of them. 😜

The day she died, we ate Cheezits and beef jerky because she loved it so much. She once ate an entire bag of beef jerky behind my back. She also tried to eat a Cheezit out of my mouth as I was eating it. 🙃

She was an anxious cat, but so loyal. She picked me when we first met and didn’t ever go back. She was sent from Heaven to be my guardian angel and I believe she’s still watching out for our family now.

I love you, Roxie! I hope there’s lots of beef jerky and Cheezits in Heaven for you, baby girl! 🥰
